About Ann K. Maxey

Ann Maxey is a REALTOR® with experience in property management, construction management, and lease administration. Her career began in accounting and, now, has over 30 years of experience in various industries, business management experience, as well as experience in the real estate, medical, banking, education, and oil and gas industries. While working at The Montessori School for Shreveport, she was responsible for two school campus facilities as well as overseeing the construction of the second campus. This along with volunteering as the Chair of the Building and Grounds Committee at B'nai Zion Congregation sparked her interest in Property Management. Since becoming a Property Manager, she obtained her real estate license in 2022. Ann manages the commercial property portfolio at U. L. Coleman Companies as well as works with various departments throughout the company from leasing and acquisitions to marketing.
