About Ann Kong

WHAT I AM: I am a lifelong learner, deep diver, and professional polymath with over 30 years of experience in different functions (finance, operations, marketing, IT) and different industries (telecommunications, consumer electronics, retailing, ad agency client services, telematics), while always emphasizing user experience. I am also a Certified ScrumMaster® leading technical teams of onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources to deliver global products, projects, and programs in Automotive, Connected Car, and Smart Mobility. WHAT I DO: I integrate quantitative due diligence with qualitative insights to develop and design business strategies. I also incorporate project management and process improvement skills to execute on these strategic objectives. WHO I WORK WITH: I work with senior executives and business decision makers as a problem solver and change agent. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: My combination of education and experience is what makes me different. As a Company-agnostic Product Manager, I initially and independently do my own research and financial analyses while also delivering a Minimum Viable Product iteratively and incrementally in a continuously collaborative environment. WHY I RUN: Running is the most democratic and objective of all sports. It doesn’t matter whether you’re tall or short, fat or skinny, smart or stupid, plain or pretty, rich or poor, fast or slow … Do the work, put in the hard yards and you will get better … NEXT STEPS: Connect with me on LinkedIn, email me at annkong248@gmail.com, or call me at (248) 808-5761.
