Dedicated Senior Human Resources Executive having the pleasure to serve staff, volunteers, physicians, board members, patients, and families associated with Scotland Health Care System, a not-for-profit health care system, located in Laurinburg, North Carolina. Scotland Health Care System is the largest private employer in Scotland County, employing 1100 staff members and engaging 80 terrific volunteers. With greater than three decades of human resources experience, my passion is maximizing employee potential by establishing an organizational culture and climate in which people have the competency, concern, and commitment to serve customers well, coupled with the ability to foster a positive work environment that promotes employee morale by developing interpersonal relationships within all levels of the organization utilizing attentiveness, trust, and respect. Simply stated, I thoroughly enjoy what I do each and every day.
