I am a passionate Educator and I am committed to providing a safe, secure and supported environment enabling children to belong, be and become successful, competent and capable learners. I consider myself a strong role model who is equitable, compassionate, friendly, flexible, patient, honest, integral and ethical. Driven to provide quality learning experiences where children have the opportunities to explore, discover, create, investigate, question, improvise, challenge, hypothesise and imagine - through play, interacting with others and experiencing hands on activities. Willingness to continue to learn and grow as an educator and be a valued team member. Ability to learn and operate new technologies and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Committed and knowledgeable on safety and wellbeing. Value, celebrate and embrace diversity and ensure inclusivity. I will value and develop each child's strengths, interests, skills, abilities and knowledge, extending their learning by focusing on their holistic development. I respect and support the influence and role that parents, families and the community play in children's lives and work cooperatively and collaboratively with them forming strong partnerships.
