About Ann-Marie Murphy

So who am I, my career background is in FSO performing various roles including accounts, credit control and training and mentoring. Having returned to education as a mature student I found my passion was in the social sciences and the study of human behaviour, the social norms and practices we operate in, and the social interactions that take place in our everyday lives. After witnessing first-hand the struggles and realities that small business owners experience I discovered the key role social science can play in organisational strategy. I have met too many talented people who are not fulfilling their potential because they are playing in a rigged game, with access to ‘some’ but not all of the rules. I want to change that, to use my years of experience with my knowledge in marketing, branding, copywriting, and change transformation to help small businesses and start up’s not just survive but thrive.
