About Ann Mason

One of my goals in life is to take my 20+ years of experience and put it to work for someone who appreciates my hidden talents. In the past 25 years, I have done Quality Control work in Pigment Manufacturing as well as a large amount of Customer Service and Trouble shooting. I am familiar with JUT service, making sure product was available when a customer needed it. I became an expert at color matching and custom color work. I also became the one to call when something needed to be developed. I have owned my own retail shop, and have been involved in the import and distribution of english pottery into the USA. This has given me the experience need to provide international sales, customer service, negotiation, and marketing for your company Specialties: Coming up with ideas and innovations in either a group setting or by myself to improve your bottom line. Great with customers and employees, team building is a crucial part in today’s business environment I am very comfortable using Adobe Page Maker, Adobe Photoshop, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher to name just a few. I quickly learn new programs. I have knowledge that extends to both PC and Apple Products and have used both for many years on different projects. I am also a great organizer. I have been a corporate event coordinator, working on events ranging from golf outings to black tie affairs as a Pittsburgh Section, American Ceramic Society Member, and Officer. I have also booked travel arrangements as a private travel agent. I have done layout and design work, Newsletter, flyer, handouts for a variety of organization I was a member of.
