About Ann Mathew

Ann E. Mathew joined NCCN in 2024 as the new Manager, Business Development. In her role, Ann leads the business development team and manages development and implementation of strategic tactics to advance the NCCN Mission and Vision. Ann spent the last 5 years within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, specializing in oncology; she most recently worked as a Senior Project Manager at BluPrint Oncology. She partnered alongside commercial, medical affairs, and patient advocacy teams in a variety of therapy areas on both launch and legacy products. Ann optimized processes and workflow with cross functional teams on deliverables for congress planning, advisory boards, online seminar series, and other faculty-led content. Prior to her time in the pharmaceutical industry, Ann spent 7 years in government and politics, in campaign, policy, and operational roles. She worked for the United States House of Representatives on Capitol Hill, managing the Members’ Representational Allowance and all official duties and responsibilities, serving both Pennsylvania and Maryland. Ann served in a legislative capacity for Rep. Brendan F. Boyle on policy proposals, appropriations, and stakeholder management. She was also the Director of Operations for Anthony G. Brown, where she created standard operating procedures and served as administrator for the D.C. and district offices and all staff. Ann earned a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Leadership and Management from Thomas Jefferson University, where she was a recipient of the Matt Glass Award in Entrepreneurship and the International Business Team Award. She also received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Temple University. Ann is a driven and dynamic individual who is a life-long knowledge seeker. She values leadership that aligns with integrity and compassion through clear and kind communication. She is committed to the development and growth of others and enjoys teaching.
