About Ann Otto

Retired from NEOMED, I'm now an author, community volunteer, and part-time Organization Development (OD) consultant. My debut historical novel, Yours in a Hurry was published on My consulting interests are facilitation, leadership and professional development, and, communications (including interventions), I facilitated the successful Tony Gorant Community Leadership Institute (CLI) with Cleveland Clinic Akron General Health System for Leadership Akron. I'm passionate about community service and am a member of several non-profit boards and also of many community organizations. I'm committed to community leadership programs, having done programming for several as well as being an alumna of Leadership Portage County, Leadership Ohio, and Leadership Akron NEXT. Hobbies include time with family and friends, community volunteerism, reading, writing, walking (formerly half marathons), and travel.
