How Do We Become Successful? Successful people have four things. Self awareness, self belief, the right tools in the toolbox and a great executive coach to help bring it all together through purposeful action. Who Am I? I am Ann Phillips and I'm a great executive coach. I provide my clients with the space and security to safely explore what stands between them and total transformation. I support forward mobility and growth through incisive questioning, active listening, empathy and insight. Who Do I Work With? I do my best work with those who’ve been identified as pipeline but whose talent is raw and unrefined. I partner with HRDs and CPOs who are responsible for developing and tracking the pipeline, but need extra resource to deliver support to their emerging talent. Why Me? Working with me will bring you the benefit of more than 25 years of post-grad qualified coaching experience in a variety of FMCG businesses, including Coca Cola, British Gas, British Airways and Pitney Bowes. I also bring a background in People/Project Management and Learning and Development. What does my service look like? I provide 1-1 or group coaching that will deliver the leaders of the future. I also KNOW that coaching is so much more effective if I am available to my clients in between scheduled sessions, so part of my deal is always about how I can help embed new ideas, plans and mindsets day to day. What does it cost? A chemistry meeting and a block of 10 one-hour 1-1 telephone/Skype coaching meetings is an investment of Face to face and Group sessions are priced depending upon requirement.
