About Ann Rankowitz

Having gone through multiple changes during my lifetime, I’ve learned to embrace change and recognize that it is critical to moving forward. I have successfully reinvented myself and navigated my way through major life transitions. Those transitions have brought me to a place of happiness and confidence with who I am, as I continue to strive to blend creativity with my natural curiosity, enthusiasm and passion to help others. One of life’s opportunities is to create new beginnings. After successfully moving through a period of self-development and rediscovery; I entered a new stage of life filled with infinite possibilities. The one thing I know for certain is that the only constant is change. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Life Coach and Director with extensive Leadership and Management experience, I have helped bring about institutional change that emphasizes teamwork, mutual respect and cooperation throughout the organization. I strive to use my gifts and talents to: build morale, improve team performance, and demonstrate competence and continuous improvement. I enjoy supervising clinical staff, and mentoring new clinicians, managers and leaders. I'm interested in connecting with others whose mission is to have a powerful impact sharing their passion through their work. I look forward to opportunities to collaborate and share ideas.
