With a career that began in B2B insurance, I transitioned into the Personal Injury and Occupational Health sector in 2012. Over the years, I have advanced from Customer Service Representative to Business Relationships Manager, and currently serve as Head of National Operations at Champion Health Plus, where I began as National Network Manager in January 2022. My role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including project management, HR leadership, operational oversight, and compliance with key industry accreditations such as ISO 27001 and ISO 9001. Having worked across multiple departments, I’ve led numerous projects from concept through to implementation, and have developed a comprehensive understanding of service delivery, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. I bring extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams and nurturing both B2B and B2C relationships, ensuring services are delivered on time and to a high standard, with a focus on SLA compliance and customer satisfaction. My background also includes strong capabilities in GDPR, HR strategy, and financial oversight, enabling me to align operational execution with business goals. This breadth of experience, along with a deep knowledge of industry standards and requirements, has allowed me to build and maintain trusted relationships with both clients and suppliers — driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
