At Gradyent, my focus is on pioneering Digital Twins for optimization and transformation of industrial steam grids, leveraging a foundation of over two decades in energy efficiency, sustainability, and digitalisation and control of the process industry. The team at Arup, under my leadership as Industry Sustainability Manager, successfully managed the design of Eneco's sustainable electrification & heat storage solution into PepsiCo's operations, a first for The Netherlands. I’ve held key leadership roles at Emerson, spearheading digitalization strategies across Europe. My expertise spans multi-disciplinary project management, business development, and energy transition technologies, with a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions to industry challenges. My expertise in business development is complemented by a keen aptitude for marketing engineering honed through managing complex decarbonization and digital transformation projects. These efforts have consistently aimed at reducing emissions and lowering energy costs, aligning with Gradyent's mission of advancing industry efficiency.
