As a person, I am prestigeless, open minded, structured and focused. Positive and engaged I present the ability to get Team and Resources to work towards a common target as well as personal agreed objectives. In my daily work as a Leader, in Steering Committees, Bid Reviews, in efficiency initiatives and more, I continuously work to achieve and increase profitability.
