Throughout my life, I have gained experience in a wide range of fields, including retail sales, B2B sales, underwriting, marketing, operations, software implementation, management, and most recently, human resources. In my current role as an HR Generalist, I handle a variety of responsibilities such as employee relations, policy implementation, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. This role has deepened my understanding of workplace dynamics and strengthened my ability to navigate sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion. In each position I've held, I’ve seamlessly transitioned and adapted to the demands of the role by leveraging my ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively, and think critically. My diverse background has allowed me to develop a unique set of skills including exceptional customer service and phone etiquette, the ability to lead and steer conversations, keen attention to detail, conflict resolution, creative problem-solving, and strong self-awareness. I am comfortable operating under direct supervision or independently and have a proven ability to meet deadlines, ask thoughtful questions, and grasp complex concepts quickly. In addition to my professional experience, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Business Management, which has further reinforced my commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. I bring a positive, open-minded, and entrepreneurial approach to my work, always seeking to understand the bigger picture behind my responsibilities.
