I’ve had leading positions within the Volvo Group for >20 years. I’ve international working and living experience. I engage in leadership assignments for business in need of large change and development. I can offer situation based leadership focusing on team engagement to achieve results. My operational field has within the automotive sector varied over the years, from advanced engineering to aftermarket, now latest with Circular Development. I love to inspire and to experience the force of having a full team delivering towards the same goal. My target is to find improvements in the bigger picture and engage for action that brings the business forward. It’s a wonderful feeling when you together with a team reach a state that was envisioned. I compare it to the kick you get from winning a game, and I love to be part of a winning team. I believe in diverse and situation adopted teams and actions which requires constant reflections and adjustments. When you have the right person at the right place at the right time, the effect is enormous and the real results start to happen. I have experienced leading and being part of dream team’s several times during my carrier, and I know the difference.
