With over 34 years of combined experience in scenic design and real estate, I am a versatile and creative professional who balances two worlds of scenic painting in the film business and real estate in Atlanta and delivers exceptional results. As the Lead Scenic Artist and Paint Department Manager, I oversee the design and execution of scenic elements for various productions, such as film, television, and the corporate world. I collaborate with designers, construction coordinators, unit production managers, and often directors to ensure the artistic vision and quality standards are met. I develop the process and technique for the application, hire and manage the crew, as well as budget and manage the timeline for the project. As a Realtor at Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services, I guide clients through sales and purchases of residential and commercial properties, managing the entire process from marketing and sales to closing procedures and ongoing support. I leverage my B.B.A. in Marketing and my skills in sellers, investment properties, and real estate to provide optimal solutions and outcomes for my clients.
