About Ann Sweeney

Hi, I’m Ann — an organised, proactive, and people-focused professional with over 20 years’ experience in customer service, client relations, and creative industries. Currently, I volunteer as a Civilian Instructor with the RAF Air Cadets, where I mentor and support young people through training, personal development, and group activities. This role has strengthened my passion for guiding and empowering others, and it has given me valuable experience in teaching, mentoring, and creating safe, supportive environments. Alongside this, I bring extensive experience in customer service and operations, gained through my role at Fullbrook Associates Ltd, where I specialise in client care, problem resolution, and relationship building. My earlier career as a Senior Stylist and Salon Manager gave me a strong foundation in leadership, creativity, and delivering personalised support. I also run a freelance creative business, where I design custom graphics, marketing materials, and personalised products. With skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, I enjoy combining creativity with problem-solving to deliver high-quality results.
