About Ann Thomas

As a customer advocate for my base of roughly 50 Strategic and Enterprise segment customers, I am the point of contact for billing matters. I process billing disputes and audit invoices to ensure accuracy. I work to root cause, and correct billing errors, often finding billing errors before the invoice comes out, correcting the error and preventing a billing adjustment. I audit the invoice when a new contract takes effect to make sure everything is correct. I am a team player, working closely with the Account Team to ensure customer satisfaction and solving problems to make our customers happy. I have been an active member in Sprint's WISE (Women in Sprint Excelling) and T-Mobile's Women and Allies Employee Resource Group, especially enjoying the Book Club and lively discussion.
