As a Senior Executive Assistant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), I provide high-level administrative and strategic support to a group of senior executives who serve as trusted advisors to BCG’s clients. With over 14 years of experience in this role, I bring deep expertise in project management, stakeholder communication, and organizational efficiency. Recently, I completed a one-year assignment supporting a Managing Director and Senior Partner (MDSP) in my local office. During this time, I worked closely with her to manage both client-facing and internal responsibilities. At the outset of our partnership, I prioritized building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment. Leadership & Coaching Beyond my core responsibilities, I have extensive experience coaching peers across varying tenures within the administrative support function. This includes mentoring new team members during onboarding as well as guiding more seasoned professionals. I also play a key role in reinforcing compliance with internal policies and procedures within support teams. Career Growth at BCG I began my journey at BCG in as a Production Specialist, and have since progressed through a variety of impactful roles. These include: Supporting the Managing Partner of the Atlanta-Miami office. Coordinating Production and Executive Assistant teams across the South System. Managing logistics and coordination for the relocation of a 120-person office. Planning and executing major events, workshops, and meetings for both internal and client-facing engagements. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a passion for delivering high-quality service, increasing productivity, fostering innovation, and continuously learning new ways of working to enhance outcomes for the leaders and teams I support.
