About Ann Wilger

As Managing Partner at Boneyfiddle Front St. Rentals and COO at Yost Labs, I've cultivated a track record of significantly boosting profitability, optimizing operational efficiency, and building high-performing, collaborative teams. My approach centers on strategic planning, proactive problem-solving, and a keen eye for maximizing returns. My diverse experience spans successful digital marketing campaigns, strategic franchise expansion, and robust regional management. I'm passionate about innovating business strategies, driving client acquisition and retention, and mentoring talent to foster continuous career advancement. My commitment to coaching and leadership extends to the Kricker Innovation Center, where I actively speak, mentor, and judge entrepreneurial pitch contests, guiding aspiring founders through the exhilarating process of bringing their ideas to life. Outside of this, I embrace challenges of a different kind: those found on the open road and rugged trails. I'm an avid cyclist with a love for pushing my limits, a characteristic that recently led me to conquer the demanding Oregon Trail Gravel Grinder. The motivation? A simple dare from my brother, which only fueled my determination to prove him wrong. I thrive on transforming complex business and personal challenges into opportunities for impactful growth and sustained success. Let's connect to explore how integrated leadership can drive your next big achievement.
