About Ann Williams

I have extensive training experience working with a variety of national and international companies assisting them meet their IT training requirements. My experience in designing, developing and courses across a broad spectrum of industries has always resulted in highly satisfied clients and staff becoming more efficient in the subject they received training on. The course development I have been involved in has covered both the traditional forms of delivery as well as some forays into the e-learning environment. Several of my previous contracts have been related to ongoing or new projects, where training was required to be designed and/or delivered. I currently work closely with Analysts and Developers during the development of Mattersphere prior to and post- release in the business having an influence in the end product. This new Case Management System has meant that I was required tor develop and deliver training plans and materials for a variety of streams of workflow, providing support to staff from all sectors using a variety of media and tools. I have been instrumental in developing and rolling out an induction program for new starters to ensure they have the tools and knowledge they need when they start working at Thompsons
