Career has been built on leading holistic live and digital customer experience, working across Strategy, Audience Insights & Data, Brand, Digital, Design, Content, Membership, CRM, Internal and External Communications, Sales and E-Commerce, combined with Business Management and Customer Operations including high-end Live Events Design and Production and front of house Visitor Experience. With substantial P&L responsibility, has led significant periods of transformation within complex companies, and embedded customer-focused strategies across the whole of an organisation. Have led and developed integrated and high performing teams of up to 400 multidisciplinary colleagues and 400 volunteers, working across multiple sites in Europe and the USA.
