About Anna Adasiewicz

With over 25 years of experience in finance, management, and education, I am a passionate and resilient change leader who drives operational improvement, risk management, and budgeting at CTF Education Group, a leading provider of kindergarten to secondary education in Hong Kong. As the Executive Vice President, I lead various projects to enhance the IT infrastructure, HR framework, corporate governance, school brand, and campus facilities of the group, while steering the Quality and Risk Management Committee. I am also bilingual in education and finance, with credentials such as FCCA, PGCE, and MA Ed, and a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education. I have a proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive meaningful change in complex and diverse environments, with a focus on financial literacy and best education opportunities for young people. I have managed and supported teams of up to 450 staff across 25 venues, and have contributed to the growth and expansion of new revenue streams and programmes for the English Schools Foundation, the largest English-medium international school organisation in Hong Kong. I am enthusiastic, optimistic, and strategic, and I strive to make a positive impact on the education sector with integrity and excellence.
