As the Managing Director of Mavence, an international recruitment firm at the crossroads of public affairs and people management, I support the organization's overall growth through business development, client portfolio management, coaching, and public relations. Passionate advocate for sustainable leadership, I promote authentic global leadership through workshops, lectures, public speaking engagements, and day-to-day activities. I am currently a member of the European Advisory Group of the Public Affairs Council.
