About Anna Amy Ho

I am a commercial real estate advisor managing site selection, relocations, renewals and lease negotiations of office space. Recognized by CoStar as 2024 Quarterly Power Broker, I help companies lease amazing spaces that attract and retain talent. Our most valuable asset is our ability to educate clients on the impact of workspaces on culture and productivity. In fact, shaping human experience is what drew me from non-profit to commercial real estate. Simply stated, I do not have the typical background traditionally associated with real estate. Orphaned at 13 years old, I developed the grit, tenacity, and resilience to excel at anything I set my mind to – like receiving a Top 20 award at University of Toronto. My life experiences have shaped my ability to translate challenges into solutions, on both a personal and organizational level. My first job out of university was providing crisis counselling to victims of crime, and later leading a violence prevention program. Over 8 years, I became a trusted advisor to the non-profit sector in victim services and child welfare. I co-led the “Our Voice Our Turn” project, winner of the Child Rights Trailblazer Award. In 2015, I was recognized with the Attorney General's Victim Services Award of Distinction. These experiences have taught me that non-profit advocacy, much like negotiations, is about promoting the best interests of the client while creating win-win scenarios. After working on an occupancy planning project with a large non-profit, I was hooked on real estate. Being able to influence how people live, work, and play inspired me. At Lennard Commercial Realty, I leverage my education and experience in human services and public speaking to advise leaders in creating amazing workspaces. Helping organizations solve workplace related issues, whatever they may be, energizes me. Real estate, notwithstanding, I remain passionate about social impact and leaving this world better than we found it. That is why you will find me engaged in motivational speaking, moderating events and volunteering for foster care initiatives. Outside of the office, I enjoy aerial acrobatics, travel, scuba diving, and practicing Spanish and Cantonese.
