About Anna Antonijevic

Anna is an accomplished educator with a strong commitment to fostering empowerment at both individual and community levels, particularly through the restructuring of systems to serve people and the environment better. As the Director of her consultancy, Anna collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders across academia, government, private enterprise, and non-profit organisations, offering expertise as an education advisor and design specialist. Her approach involves facilitating the co-creation of strategies, processes, and environments conducive to redesigning solutions centred around human needs and transformative change. Anna's work supports education system reforms and specialises in leadership development, program design, implementation, and evaluation within diverse domestic and international settings, including Australia, Bermuda, the UAE, Papua New Guinea and the Pacific (currently in Nauru). Her extensive in-country experience in these regions informs her focus on projects addressing education reform, leadership (particularly women's leadership), capability and resource-constrained education, and digital transformation. With over 17 years of experience in education, Anna is recognised for her collaborative nature and innovative contributions, which have driven the initiation and scaling of localised solutions in challenging environments.
