About Anna Aron

Great marketing is more than creativity and numbers, it’s about understanding people. That’s why I’m passionate about how strategic marketing and branding, combined with service design, can transform customer experiences and drive long-term business value. At Rethink, I work as an Account Manager, helping companies elevate their marketing by blending brand development with service design thinking. We focus on building strategies that are not just creative, but also customer-centric and experience-driven. I’ve co-founded a small event planning business and recently co-organized Service Design Day 2025, which focused on authenticity in customer experience and the role of AI in service delivery. These experiences have deepened my interest in how to create unforgettable experiences that customers remember. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Italy at Luiss Guido Carli University, where studying in an international environment taught me how to navigate different cultures and adapt easily to new perspectives and challenges. I learned the basics of service design by writing my bachelor thesis and deepened my knowledge with a course at TalTech University. Sports lover and adrenaline enthusiast. I stay active with surfing, skiing, and kite-surfing, and I also enjoy spending time on the golf course.
