About Anna Bachhofner

During my training to become a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist I have a lot of opportunities to gain work experience with various internships. Until now I have worked in two different organizations whose purposes are to give children a safe environment to grow up in and get them the mental health support they need. It was an honor to work with such inspiring young people and I am looking forward to work with even more different groups of people in the future! At the moment I am interning at St. Anna Kinderspital, which allows me to get more insight into a clinical setting. Over the course of the last year I have also started to work more in the academic field as well by supporting a professor at Sigmund Freud University and presenting my bachelor's thesis at a conference. This semester I have the opportunity to teach a seminar on Qualitative Research at SFU Vienna. I look forward to gain more experience in this field in the future as well!
