I graduated from The University of Tennessee at Martin in December 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. I majored in Media Design and Minored in Marketing. While in school I was self-employed as a freelance marketer & social media manager. Before graduating and relocating back to Shelby County I had three clients for whom I provided brand promotion, ad creation, and social media management services. For one of my clients, Nissan of Paris, I have included a summary of services provided & results achieved : Nissan of Paris, Paris, TN- In September, 2019, I began management of their online presence & branding. I played a key role in raising local awareness to the business by creating promotional material, capturing glamour shots of their vehicle offerings, and revitalizing their Facebook, Instagram, & Google Business profiles. Within this role, I have increased their exposure far beyond my clients expectations and provided them with a pleasing ROI. On average, our Facebook posts alone reach upwards of 9K individuals, with an average of 5-7K unique engagements per month with a limited advertising budget. In addition to my promotional services, I compiled a monthly suite of analytics comprised from Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business insights for the General Manager to assess. As a digital marketer, I have much to offer your team or business, but I also recognize that I have much to learn in this ever-expanding, increasingly innovative field. In my solo efforts, I have gained a considerable amount of practical expertise, and continually strive to increase my proficiency in marketing.
