I am an experienced risk, governance and compliance executive with a demonstrated history of successfully designing, implementing and embedding enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks across highly regulated and not-for-profit industries. I thrive in dynamic environments where governance frameworks must enable both strategic agility and regulatory excellence. I take pride in fostering strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring governance, risk and compliance frameworks are practical, responsive, and enable informed decision-making. Achievements include developing and maintaining a mature risk culture, leading highly engaged teams, and contributing valuable insights at an executive level to strategic planning and execution. I am the Chief Risk Officer for TUH, a proudly not-for-profit private health insurer, founded in Queensland and now servicing the education and union communities across Australia. Although most recently working in the risk and compliance fields, I have previously excelled in company secretarial and legal roles.
