Over 20 years experience in learning and development. I am very driven and passionate about providing a signature learning and development solutions to all my clients, executives and key stakeholders. I lead a team of highly skilled facilitators and learning professionals. I have proven knowledge and experience as a learning facilitator, program management, organisational development, curriculum design and skill gap analysis. I am a certified people manager and career development coach. I have experience in managing and operating a registered training organisation (RTO), as the lead assessor, trainer, initiate educational audits, development of accredited qualifications, materials and assessments. I thrive on making a difference and finding innovative solutions to develop and encourage employees to be the best version of themselves. I have experience in the development and delivery of education and training in both corporate and private sectors. I am a subject matter expert in professional development core skills – time management, negotiations, presentation, communication and social styles. I can delivery training in a virtual and face to face environment. Within industry I have experience in curriculum development, skill gap analysis. I have managed a Registered Training Organisation, developed accredited qualifications, materials and assessment tools as well as the selection and development of training and assessment of staff.
