About Anna Barrafato

Anna Barrafato is the Disability Accommodation Lead at Concordia University's Access Centre for Students with Disabilities (ACSD). She is an experienced professional in higher education with expertise in accessibility, inclusion, disability services, and mental health. She began her career in Student Services as a psychologist with Counselling and Psychological Services and most recently held the position of the inaugural Accessibility Change Lead at the Equity Office. Throughout her career, she has offered her expertise and collaborated with departments and Faculty members throughout the University, as well as served on numerous committees. She has presented nationally and internationally at conferences on Universal Design for Learning (UDL), mental health, strengths-based advising, and inclusive teaching practices. Anna is a licensed psychologist and a part-time faculty member at Concordia University. A Concordia Alum in Education, she also holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University.
