About Anna Bausova

I grew up in a family of artists, which taught me to see design as a way to simplify complexity, respect the user, and create experiences that feel intuitive and satisfying. Speaking 5+ languages has helped me understand how different backgrounds shape the way people think, learn, and interact. It’s given me a habit of observing, listening, and translating diverse perspectives into human-centered design. For over 8 years, I’ve worked across informal education - in marketing, sales, teaching, and now in UX/UI and digital learning design. Working closely with both learners and education provider teams gave me a clear view of the full picture - the learning experience and the systems behind it. That’s what led me deeper into digital transformation, workflow design, and automation. I specialize in building platforms for digital learning, making them simple, inclusive, and engaging. I lead digital transformation projects that improve both the “front-end” (how users interact and feel) and the “back-end” (how teams and systems work), connecting design thinking with operational strategy. I believe the future of education is fun, gamified, hyper-personalized, adaptable, and powered by AI, and I’m here to help build what comes next.
