Welcome to My Linkedin! Thank you for taking the time to read about my experience. I am a proactive business professional with over 27 years of demonstrated experience in finance, management, lending, and human resources. I am detail oriented and thorough with demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills. I have effective communication skills with strong organizational and interpersonal capabilities. I have spent many years in the credit union, lending, and mortgage industry and am looking to pursue my passion in the human resources field. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Human Resource Management (MHRM) with Wichita State University. This degree is SHRM academically aligned. I have been with Textron Aviation for 23 years. I have been in my current role with Textron Aviation for one year as a Credit and Collection Account Analyst in Accounts Receivable. I was with Skyward Credit Union (a department of Textron Aviation) for almost 22 of those years in many roles including ten years as a branch manager. My resume serves as a summary of my experience of what I have accomplished throughout the course of my career and as an introduction to the professional that I have become. As a professional, there are four key principles that I value highly: Leadership, Communication, Critical Thinking, and Ethical Reasoning.
