I am passionate about creating more diverse, equitable and inclusive organizations, and have a proven track record globally in developing innovative, research-based strategies that advance business goals and maximize the potential of all talent. Notable Accomplishments- Designed and implemented a new global DE & I roadmap and strategy, including concrete metrics that are tied directly to executive compensation- Cascaded a DE & I goal to every colleague to reinforce that everyone has a role to play in fostering an inclusive and diverse culture where everyone feels they belong- Developed and launched a Global Dignity at Work Policy, ensuring all colleagues feel safe, valued and respected, and implemented mandatory training across 28 countries- Developed and launched a Global Diverse Slate Policy, requiring all hiring managers to have 50% women on their short list of finalists for all roles across all levels globally- Designed and executed Empower, an initiative providing tailored development support and senior leader visibility to over 100 high potentials per year from underrepresented groups with the goal of accelerating their career advancement- Transformed and grew employee-led Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to include five global groups with27 chapters around the world focused on gender, underrepresented racial and ethnic groups, LGBTQ+, disability, and inclusion. Our CEO and every LT member serves as an Executive Sponsor for one of our BRGs, and BRG participants scored higher in every category of our engagement surveys compared to employees who don’t participate in our BRGs.
