About Anna Bennech

I'm Brazilian and have called Würzburg, Germany, home since 2019. While I’m finishing a Ph.D. in political science, it’s been HR and recruiting that have really made my heart beat faster since 2022. Why the shift? Because people are at the core of everything. I love listening deeply, asking bold questions, and creating space for honest, meaningful conversations, whether with candidates or hiring teams. I'm part of the HR Business Partner team at SSI Schäfer, where I recruit across Germany for one of the leading innovators in intralogistics. From robotics to warehouse automation, I help build teams that are moving the future of logistics forward. As a recruiter, I bring structure, strategic thinking, and an eye for innovation. I also bring humor and empathy because being professional doesn't mean being distant. Whether I’m writing job ads, interviewing candidates, or supporting hiring managers, I aim for the same things: trust, transparency, and genuine connection. Hybrid work is my sweet spot. I thrive on face-to-face collaboration and enjoy the quiet focus of remote workdays with my two very spoiled cats nearby. Here on LinkedIn, I share real stories and insights from my experience in HR and recruiting. Sometimes technical, sometimes personal, always honest, and sassy when it fits. Let's connect if you believe that hiring is about people, not just raw job descriptions.
