With over 14 years of work experience in various marketing roles connected with customer loyalty, I am a passionate and skilled CRM manager who strives to deliver value to customers and business through personalized and targeted communication. My field of expertise is in loyalty program strategy, Mobile app development, project management, direct marketing and customer lifecycle management. I currently work at BNP Paribas where I am responsible for CRM strategy and business development. Previously I worked at Grupa Eurocash, the largest Polish wholesale distributor of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), where I managed the Delikatesy Centrum CRM team and responsible for loyalty program and mobile app development. I worked as a business owner of mobile app and marketing automation products, improving efficiency, and providing insights to management about the performance of marketing channels, as well as ensuring best practices and process optimization. I also developed segmentation strategies and maped out customer journeys to deliver the right message across all touch points throughout the customer lifecycle. I have successfully implemented loyalty program for Delikatesy Centrum from the scratch as well as Mobile App. I was responsible for concept and implementation of the most sucessful customer activations in Delikatesy Centrum such as ZdrAPPka or APPwent calendar. I developed new tools and solutions for PAYBACK, the leading loyalty program in Poland, especially for Financial Services as well as key partners as BP.
