As the HR Manager at Diversified Woodcrafts, a leading manufacturer of wood furniture and equipment, I oversee all aspects of human resources, including payroll, benefits, workers compensation, FMLA, Safety, and labor relations. I manage the HRIS system, ADP and ensure its accuracy and compliance. I also facilitate new hire orientations, employee training, and performance reviews. I have over two years of experience in the food industry, working as a HR Generalist and Coordinator at Saputo Inc, one of the largest dairy processors in the world. There, I supported the HR department in various functions, such as payroll processing, Kronos and ADP administration, benefits enrollment, and employee relations. I also assisted in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and participated in audits and investigations. I hold an Associate's degree in Human Resources and Gerontology from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, where I learned the fundamentals of HR management, as well as the specific needs and challenges of working with older adults. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees, and fostering a culture of respect, diversity, and collaboration. I am skilled in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, and I am always eager to learn and grow as a HR professional.
