I am a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in site feasibility, study start-up, site maintenance, communications, patient data management, and medical billing. I’m also a quick learner, continuously seeking new opportunities to grow! My educational journey reflects my commitment to excellence. Through the College and Career Progress Program at Cape Fear Community College, I earned my Associate of Arts in 2019, just one year after graduating high school. While pursuing my B.S. in Clinical Research and completing a 9-month internship with IQVIA Biotech, LLC, I was honored with UNCW’s Nursing Award of Excellence and served as President of the Student Association of Clinical Research (SACR). My passion for healthcare stems from a personal health scare at 17, which sparked my desire to promote safe cosmetic products to those I care about. Additionally, my experience as a caretaker honed my multitasking abilities and strengthened my work ethic. I have hands-on experience in medical billing (ICD-10) and understand the critical importance of attention to detail. During my internship at IQVIA Biotech, LLC, I worked with applications such as CTMS, eTMF, and DrugDev to ensure data compliance and study timelines were met. Currently, I serve as a Site Activation Coordinator at IQVIA, where I manage regulatory submissions, TMF, and vendor relations for site equipment and paper Investigator Site Files (ISF). I’m motivated, adaptable, and always eager to learn and grow, especially in areas that will allow me to contribute even more to the success of the organizations I work with.
