About Anna Blakley

I have over two years of work experience as a design program manager, with a passion for empowering design teams to deliver high-quality products and services that create value for users and stakeholders. I have a background in human-centered design engineering and data science, which enables me to understand and communicate the needs and goals of different audiences and partners. I currently work at LinkedIn, where I partner with design leadership across multiple lines of business to build and facilitate all programs and operations across the teams directly impacting 32 designers and managers. In my role as a design program manager, I manage quarterly planning, meeting facilitation, partner communications, quality improvement, and team happiness. I leverage my leadership, project management, and communication skills to ensure that the design teams are aligned, supported, and engaged throughout the product development lifecycle. I also collaborate with other cross-functional teams, such as engineering, product management, research, and marketing, to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and feedback. I have completed several certifications from LinkedIn, such as Unconscious Bias, Strategic Thinking, and Skills for Inclusive Conversations, to enhance my professional and interpersonal skills and to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
