I have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with over eight years of experience in managing, training, and leading teams, as well as coordinating successful events and promotions. I am proficient in financial analysis, project management, and data entry, using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools. I also have a keen eye for trend tracking and developing effective content and social media strategies to drive business growth and loyalty. I hold an associate degree from Blue Ridge Community College, where I studied communications and marketing.
