About Anna Blish

Throughout my work experience, I have developed a strong foundation in financial project management and accounting. As a Project Finance Controller I generated weekly client invoices, managed $1M in accounts receivable across multiple clients, and collaborated with project managers to produce comprehensive financial reports. Prior to that, as a Project Accounting Assistant at ICF Next, I supported project managers by assisting them in processing vendor invoices. Additionally, I was managing timesheet tracking for 25 subcontractors. My earlier role as a Human Resources Assistant at St. Joseph County Public Library involved conducting interviews, managing confidential employee data, and implementing an HCM system to streamline our recruitment process. These experiences have equipped me with robust organizational, analytical, and collaborative skills in both finance and human resources.
