As a Management Consultant within Deloitte's Human Capital practice, with over a decade of experience in HR, Talent Management, and Employer Branding, I have a deep commitment to creating meaningful impact through HR and Talent strategy. My colleagues and I collaborate with clients to address their most critical challenges. Our work spans Talent Management, HR Strategy, Organizational Transformation, Workforce Transformation and more, always with the goal of elevating HR's leadership and value in a constantly changing world. As part of Deloitte, we also leverage and collaborate closely with colleagues in Sweden and across the world who are experts in a variety of fields, always with the aim to deliver the very best solutions to our clients. I have worked in international consulting roles and global in-house roles, where I have led and developed multicultural teams and driven change projects. I have extensive experience in identifying key challenges, developing and implementing data-driven strategies and tactical plans to improve employee experience and drive organizational change, as well as building engagement and ensuring buy-in from leaders and stakeholders. I thrive in environments where collaboration and curiosity are at the forefront. Prior to obtaining my Master's degree I lived and worked or studied in seven countries across three continents.
