I am a highly motivated biotechnology scientist with a great passion for research that benefits environment and health. I am an outgoing person, and I really enjoy working with dedicated people in an innovative environment. Furthermore, I have a strong capability to quickly familiarize myself with new tasks and I am driven by professional challenges. This has led me around the world, and I have worked in several countries including Italy, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, USA, and Denmark. I enjoy planning and organizing projects, and I am good at identifying and analyzing problems and coming up with novel solutions. I have excellent communication skills, and solid experience in presenting research progress both verbally and in writing. I have presented my work at a numerous of conferences as well as for EU partners and the EU commission at technical meetings, and I am co-author on several scientific papers.
