I am a highly motivated individual, my main motivation is to build upon my existing skills and further my experience in the customer service industry. I have gained multiple years of experience in retail, inventory, financial management, office administration, and reception duties. I have been working as an Administrative at the Ontario Probation and Parole office located in Etobicoke, ON for several months, with previous experience at Service Ontario Bay St, Toronto, ON). I am very knowledgeable and always happy to help my customers in any way I can. I have developed many skills in office management and have learned that organization is key in this job. I also have many years of experience in customer service, as I worked in retail for over ten years. My experiences have taught me so much and have made me confident in working with the public. As well, I have over 10 years of extensive experience assessing, reviewing, and resolving customer complaints and issues.
