About Anna Brink

I have a bachelor degree in HR and management from the University of Örebro and I have worked in HR since I graduated. For the last two years I have worked for a small recruitment company. This has been a great experience for me; since the company is so small I have been given the opportunity to work with all sorts of HR related issues such as recruitment, salary, legal matters, and development structures. I have also worked at Citibank for a shorter period, during an expanding phase. My main responsibilities where to welcome new co-workers and introduce them to the Swedish work life and the society at large. This could concern explaining how the Swedish unions are organized, economic and salary related issues or explain how to order cable TV for the family. I had a great time helping people get settled in. At Citibank the working language is English and the bigger part of my colleagues where native English speakers. I feel very comfortable in speaking English at work. I would be happy if my next employer is an international company or organization. From former employers I have been told that they find me motivated, committed and positive. I get along well with most and I think that most conflicts can be resorted if you just stay calm and listen to what the other party has to say. On a bit more personal note I live with my fiancé just south of central Stockholm. We both enjoy traveling but I also like to read, preferably British authors, and to run cross country.
