About Anna Brody

I am a dedicated, customer service-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Although my educational background is in geology, my career focus is delivering exceptional customer service. The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta brought me to Albuquerque in 2014, and I have been an Official Launch Director for the event ever since. In this volunteer position, I am able to capitalize on my passion for fun and contribute to the ballooning community, as well as Albuquerque. As a Sales Associate at Eddie Bauer, I was responsible for greeting and engaging customers to learn their product needs. I utilized my organizational skills to create an efficient stockroom and maintained a working knowledge of current products and pricing. After being promoted to Assistant Manager, I strengthened my leadership abilities through coaching Sales Associates to promote both individual success and overall store performance. In addition, I was responsible for managing monthly floor-sets and yearly store inventories. In my current position as a Patient Advocate at SWBPC, my interpersonal skills are developed daily through interactions with patients as they complete weekly programs for rehabilitation of traumatic brain injuries. I was able to increase patient traffic to Southwest Brain Performance Centers by 150% after updating the SEO strategy on the SWBPC website. In addition, I handle the email communications and Social Media content for the office. I spend my spare time with friends, rooting for New Mexico United, hiking and traveling throughout the Southwest. I believe in staying active and I am currently training for the Bataan Death March in March 2022. I am also an avid Star Wars fan!
