As a Director for Bridge42, Anna has the ability to run large complex projects and understands the team dynamics required to bring multiple stakeholders together to achieve project success. Anna loves intricate, stakeholder-rich projects, from reinvigorating aging assets to master planning new and exciting projects. She knows the market and how to advise clients on the procurement options to maximise programme efficiencies. With an MBA and two decades of experience in projects from residential apartment blocks, retail projects through to complex hospital redevelopments, Anna understands the financial drivers of every project she works on. Her leadership skills, coupled with her personable nature, make her ideally suited to drive a project from the design team through to presenting to her client’s board. Anna maintains a line of sight to her client’s strategic and operational objectives while keeping the enjoyment in a project to achieve transformative outcomes. Anna’s most recent projects include:$65m St. George Illawarra Dragons, NRL, Community & High Performance Centre; leading a team to deliver St. John of God Subiaco Hospital’s redevelopment, a $590m transformation of SJOG’s flagship campus, along the delivery of Hollywood Hospital’s $67m South Block project for Ramsay Healthcare. The nine years prior, Anna specialised in large/complex retail and hospitality projects, including Lakelands SC $50m project for PEET including Swim School, the $65m refurbishment of Belmont Forum SC for Perron Group and multiple tenancy delivery development roles for Vicinity Centres.
