About Anna Burian

After four years as a dedicated Special Education teacher, I’m excited to transition into a business-focused career where I can continue to make an impact through empathy, organization, and strong communication. Throughout my teaching experience, I developed a unique ability to simplify complex information, manage multiple stakeholders, and create tailored solutions—all of which translate well into roles like instructional design, recruiting, project coordination, HR, and customer success. In high school resource classrooms, I personalized math instruction for students with diverse learning needs—strengthening my problem-solving, analytical thinking, and adaptability. In a self-contained K–1 classroom for students with significant disabilities, I led a team of paraeducators, created individualized learning strategies, and fostered a collaborative, supportive environment—experiences that honed my leadership and team management skills. I also regularly facilitated IEP meetings, collaborated cross-functionally with families, therapists, and administrators, and maintained proactive communication—much like project management or stakeholder coordination in a business setting. Now, I’m looking to join a mission-driven company in a role that leverages my ability to build trust, manage projects, and create meaningful solutions. I’m especially interested in opportunities that offer growth, flexibility (hybrid/remote), and a strong sense of purpose.
