While you won't officially find "project manager" next to my name, project management is exactly what I have been thriving at my entire career. I've used core project management skills to successfully complete projects for companies big and small. Communication - I have been able to convey visions, goals, and issues associated with multiple high-profile projects, many of them by celebrity authors, with both internal stakeholders of a project as well as its vendors. Leadership - I specialize in getting a team's buy-in, resolving conflict, and evaluating performance to make sure team members have the tools and resources they need to get things done. I will also roll up my sleeves and go outside my assigned duties to execute any project. Team management - I have led multi-functional teams that included everyone from illustrators and creative directors to marketing managers, tech engineers and data analysts. I have motivated many diverse teams to collaborate effectively and efficiently adapt to changes as necessary. Negotiation - I have honed this skill to work with stakeholders on the proper use of resources and budgets and with outside vendors on contracts and pricing, so that all parties are satisfied. Risk management - My go-to project management tool! I regularly predict and create solutions to issues before they arise.
